Here is a quick recipe for Blueberry Oatmeal cooked on the stove.
Give it a try! All it takes is 5 minutes.
Depending on what you like and restrictions, you can substitute for the following:
1. Milk, almond milk, coconut mil, water, etc…
2. Oats, gluten free oats, etc…
3. Fruit; not in a syrup or a jelly. Use fruits you like!
4. Add nuts or cream cheese, if you’d like.
Blueberry oatmeal…it took 5 minutes and it’s very clean, which means no junk.
I used almond milk instead of water, and a slice of cream cheese on the side.
Me personally, I do not use syrups, sugar, or fake sugars.
Also, I put chocolate protein in my coffee.
