Powerlifting is for anyone that would like to learn the three major lifts; Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift. In addition to learning proper technique & training methods, you can gain experience competing on the platform w/Avenger Athletics Powerlifting Team.


You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other class members, push each other, or hang out after training.
