Personal Training Sessions are customized to your fitness level. We look at everything as a whole. We are here to help you start your fitness journey, to maintain it, and to enjoy a healthy lifestyle for the longevity of your life.


Powerlifting is for anyone that would like to learn the three major lifts; Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift. In addition to learning proper technique & training methods, you can gain experience competing on the platform w/Avenger Athletics Powerlifting Club.

Group Training -Functional Strength Classes

Our functional strength classes provide expert training by certified coaches in individual or small group settings, scalable for all levels of fitness and all walks of life (individuals, spouses, families, athletes, and military/police/fire where being in optimal shape improves their lives so they can save others, and enables them to go home to their families at the end of their day).


Strongman is for anyone that would like to get strong lifting and moving odd objects. Strongman will be customized to the individual, to make sure their goals are met.
