Powerlifting is for anyone that would like to learn the three major lifts; Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift. In addition to learning proper technique & training methods, you can gain experience competing on the platform w/Avenger Athletics Powerlifting Club.
Group & Sports Team training
Strongman is for anyone that would like to get strong lifting and moving odd objects. Strongman will be customized to the individual, to make sure their goals are met.
911 Tactical Training
We understand the physical and mental demands placed on first responders. Through our customized training programs, we are dedicated to supporting our local LEOs, military, firefighters, and EMTs by increasing their strength, agility, and overall fitness levels.
Our goal is to help those called; to gain a career, reduce the risk of injury, improve their ability to protect and serve our community, and maintain the longevity of their 911 career.
