Momma C has chosen quality of life over quantity. Since she’s been out of the hospital, she’s lost over ten pounds from eating nutritional foods, drinking the amount she is allowed, not snacking on junk food, and strength training.
If you can’t make time for your health and wellness now…you will be forced to make time for your illness!
It takes time and work to change old habits, and just the will to follow through. No excuses!
Are you tired of saying these:
I don’t like to workout in the morning, I like to sleep in.
I don’t have time to workout in the pm, I have work and kids.
I’m tired.
I can’t afford it.
It’s easy to make excuses, even easier to sit on the couch.
If you can afford your house, car, going out to eat all the time, traveling, clothes, coffee every day, new phones, electronics, etc…materialistic items…then you can afford to work out. It doesn’t matter if you have all the materialistic items in the world if your body is failing!!! Read that again!
All you need to do, is start! However that may be; in the gym, or at home.
How you treat your body determines how it treats you in the future!
