At Avenger Athletics, we coach the three primary lifts-Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift-using expert programming that builds strength, durability, and confidence. Whether you’re a beginner or a competitive lifter, we meet you where you are.
WHAT IS POWERLIFTING?
Powerlifting is a strength sport built around three compound movements that develop total-body strength and resilience:
– Back Squat – Builds lower-body strength, core stability, and bone density
– Bench Press – Develops upper-body pressing strength and shoulder stability
– Deadlift (Conventional & Sumo) – Strengthens the posterior chain and total-body force production
Lifts are coached for proper technique, safety, and long-term progress
