At Avenger Athletics, our Adaptive Strength & Fitness program is Strength for Every Body. It is designed for individuals with neurodivergent conditions, intellectual developmental delays, Down syndrome, autism, and other neurological differences.

Every athlete trains at their own pace, with coaching adapted to their needs and abilities. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking for a supportive space that understands your needs-we’ve created it for you.
