Avenger Athletics Summer Lifting Camps are back!
This June, we’re kicking off 10 weeks of strength-focused training designed to build a powerful foundation and elevate your performance. Under expert guidance, you’ll master proper weightlifting techniques, ensuring both safety and effectiveness.
Our summer program is tailored for teens (ages 13-17), emphasizing controlled strength training, proper form, and essential accessory & mobility work. Training will incorporate both barbells and dumbbells to develop well-rounded strength.
Led by elite performance coaches, we provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where young athletes can grow stronger, move better, and build confidence.

Program Details:
📅 June 10 – August 15, 2025 (Closed July 4th)
🏋️ Two Training Options: 1 Hour Sessions
- Option 1: 2 sessions/week – Tuesdays & Thursdays 9 AM | $250
- Option 2: 3 sessions/week – Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 8 or 10AM | $375
