1. A one-on-one introductory session
- A private conversation with one of our professional coaches to discuss your current fitness level, goals, and evaluate if our program (personal training, nutrition and/or powerlifting) is the right fit for you.
- This session is completely free and designed to help us outline a fitness/nutrition plan while giving you the space to decide if you want to move forward.
2. What you’ll do during the consult
- Share your fitness goals and current lifestyle
- Explore personalized training and nutrition programs
- Learn how their coaching and membership structure works
